How to make an order?
On our website you can get acquainted with the main features of our gravel bike. In the "PREORDER" section you can select the desired characteristics: frame size and color, fill in the necessary data, including the delivery address.
After you provide us with all the necessary data and accept the terms of the Agreements, you will receive from us a confermation e-mail containing an automatically generated link from our bank. You can make your prepayment by clicking that link.
After you have placed your order and completed prepayment procedure, you will receive confirmation of receipt of your order and documents confirming your prepayment at the e-mail address provided by you.

When will I receive my order?
In May 2021, we will hold an official presentation of our serial model, after which mass production will be launched. We plan to start shipping our products to our first customers no later than May 31, 2021. We will inform you personally about the exact date of shipment during the order process.
What will I get with my order?
Your order will contain: a frame, a fork through axles and a headset. Your frame bundle with also contain: an integrated seatpost clamp, rear removable aluminium derailleur hangers (2 pcs.), front derailleur bracket and all necessary elements for internal routing of all cables. Your order will be packed in our branded safe packaging which will prevent possible damage during delivery.
Can I order an complete bike?
At the moment, we only sell framesets. But we are working hard to sell complete bikes. Please stay tuned for updates on our website.
If you have already ordered your frameset, we will send you an additional email with detailed information about opening sales of our complete bikes, and if you wish, you will be able to change your order and purchase a complete bike.

The shipping cost is included in the order price?
Shipping is paid separately. We can ship our products to any country in the world, at the delivery address specified in the order:
- Europe - 100 USD
- USA and Canada - 150 USD
- Asia and Australia - 200 USD
Remember, it will be your responsibility to pay any local taxes or fees when you receive our products in the country of your stay. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the tariffs and conditions of receipt of goods from the Russian Federation in advance.

Can I choose individual frame color or individual painting?
At the moment our answer is: no. We are focused on releasing the best gravel bike. We have selected 15 excellent colors for you.
If the colors offered by us do not suit you, and your desire to make an individual painting or individual color is very strong, let us know about it when forming your order in the comments. When it is time to manufacture your SYRE, we may agree with you an individual painting. However you should understand that any non-standard color or complex individual painting, can increase the production time of your order and also increase the cost of the order by 500-1500 USD.
